As Venezuela looks to move from stabilisation to sustained growth, the critical question is no longer if production can recover — but where the next barrels will come from, how quickly they can be delivered, and what it will take to unlock them at scale. Years of underinvestment have left infrastructure degraded, equipment constrained and operational systems under pressure. Delivering production growth will require a coordinated effort across asset rehabilitation, service capacity, technology deployment and operational execution.
