With over 30 years of industry experience, including early career roles in petrochemicals and the last 26 years in upstream oil and gas, he has held leadership positions across engineering, maintenance, and operations in Trinidad & Tobago, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Throughout his career, Rodney has led both growth-oriented businesses and mature asset portfolios, balancing long-term value creation with operational excellence and cost competitiveness. He has successfully driven business turnaround and transformation initiatives, delivering sustainable improvements in safety, reliability, and business performance. Passionate about people and leadership, Rodney is committed to helping individuals realize their full potential while building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional business outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of the West Indies.
