Upstream Chief Executive Officer, UCC Oil and Gas

Erik Keskula is the Upstream CEO of UCC’s Oil & Gas Division, where he drives the overall strategy, performance, and global growth of the business. He oversees a diversified portfolio of complex energy projects, with a focus on operational excellence, disciplined execution, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation across diverse operating environments.

Erik has a wide-ranging mix of operational, technical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills and is a highly regarded global oil and gas leader with more than 25 years of experience in exploration and production. Under his leadership, UCC’s Oil & Gas Division is expanding its capabilities, strengthening strategic client partnerships, and delivering large-scale infrastructure and energy developments.

Prior to joining UCC, Erik served as Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Petroleum Company Limited and held several Executive and Senior Management positions with ConocoPhillips, including President Malaysia, Vice President North Slope Operations, North Slope Development Manager, Vice President Subsurface, Exploration Planning & Portfolio Manager, and Seismic Technology Manager.

Erik holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysical Engineering, with a Minor in Mathematics, from the Colorado School of Mines.
