With 42 years leading automation, geomatics, and telecommunications projects for asset management, rotating equipment, infrastructure, environmental and water systems for PDVSA, Joint Ventures (Empresas Mixtas), and refineries in Venezuela, Curaçao and Aruba.

Former President of the Venezuelan Petroleum Chamber (2018-2022). He participated in the development of the business models currently applied in Venezuela's hydrocarbon industry.
