Alejandra Cerviño Fernández es abogada venezolana especializada en el desarrollo, estructuración contractual y financiamiento de proyectos de gas natural, GNL e infraestructura energética. Actualmente se desempeña como LNG Senior Legal Counsel de AES Corporation, liderando asuntos legales y comerciales vinculados a proyectos de gas y GNL en América Latina, el Caribe y Asia. Asimismo, cuenta con una sólida trayectoria en project finance, adquirida durante su desempeño como Lead Counsel de CIFI, donde participó en la estructuración y negociación de financiamientos para proyectos de energía e infraestructura en toda la región. Es egresada de la London School of Economics.  

Alejandra Cerviño Fernández is a Venezuelan lawyer specializing in the development, contractual structuring, and financing of natural gas, LNG, and energy infrastructure projects. She currently serves as LNG Senior Legal Counsel at AES Corporation, leading legal and commercial matters related to gas and LNG projects across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia. She also has extensive experience in project finance, gained during her tenure as Lead Counsel at CIFI, where she participated in the structuring and negotiation of financing transactions for energy and infrastructure projects throughout the region. She holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics.
